Dear David, Ellen, Claude, Scott and Bob,
After I left your shop today I got a call from a friend on my cell phone
asking me to come pick him up, as his car had "died" and left him stranded on his way home from work.
As I was driving to go get him, I began to think about the service that you all provide.
Your relentless checks of all the major systems on my car, even at minor service intervals,
ensure that I never have to worry about being stranded. As someone who drives over 30K miles
a year - I am very grateful to you for this peace of mind.
Ever since stepping into your shop 3.5 years ago I have been impressed by the professionalism, honesty
and promptness of your service. From the fist phone call to Ellen, to the loaner cars, to the
diagnosis of the problem and the suggested course of action, to the washing and detailing of my car
after the work is done, to the follow-up phone call - your service is unparalleled. In fact, I
think you all could teach a couple of Mercedes dealerships a thing or two about how to run a successful
service department!
I just wanted you all to know how truly refreshing it is to deal with an organization that knows
how to put the "customer" back into "customer service". You've certainly convinced me, and as long
as I am driving Benzes - you'll have my business.
Sincerely,
Brian Nelson
